One Pillar Pagoda, Hanoi

▪️ Today your trip will visit the Temple of Literature or Vietnam’s first university, was established within a temple to educate Vietnam’s royalty, mandarins and members of the elite. The university functioned for an incredible 700 years and its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
▪️ Visit The One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049.
▪️ Close by is the mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and the former presidents house on stilts where he lived from 1958 to 1969.
▪️ In the afternoon visit the fascinating Ethnology Museum (closed Mondays), which is both a research centre and a public museum exhibiting the ethnic groups of Vietnam.
▪️ At the end of the afternoon visit Hanoi’s Old Quarter also known as the ‘36 streets’. Take a cyclo tour through charming Hang Be Market and around Hoan Kiem Lake.
▪️ Finish the day with a Water Puppet show. This is a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history.

▪️ A special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served.
▪️ We set sail for Lan Ha Bay passing to Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.
▪️ Guests can start their journey to explore Ba Trai Dao beach, doing the kayak to immersed in the crystal clear waters of the bay and/or enjoy swimming.

▪️ Enjoy the last stage of your trip to Dark & Bright cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage.

▪️ The winding road begins as we make our way up the Hai Van pass. The breath-taking view from the top of the pass is one of Vietnam’s most impressive panoramic scenes. We also make stop for relaxation at charming Lang Co Beach.
▪️ Our next stop is Da Nang City, famous for the Cham Museum and the My Khe Beach, a place called R and R (Rest and Rehabilitation) where thousands of American GIs came for a break during the war in Vietnam.
▪️ Also, we have a short sightseeing at the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe.
▪️ Arriving in Hoi An in the early afternoon, you check in the hotel and be free at your leisure.

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person, the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf

▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
▪️ Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
