Include: Accomodation, ground transportation, guide, entrance fee, cyclo tour in the Old Quarter.▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. When you come to Hanoi, you will have a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage of the Old Quarter, prominent Vietnamese cuisine, and other interesting spots.
▪️ Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, Viet Prestige’s driver (no guide) will welcome tourists and transfer them to a premium hotel in the center of Hanoi for relaxation after a long flight.
▪️ Later in the day, you are picked up from the hotel for a cyclo or "Xich Lo" tour of Vietnam's daily life: around Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and Old Quarter Street.
▪️ Finish the day with a Water Puppet show. This is a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history.

▪️ The car will stop in Danang for a visit to the Cham Museum and handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain before arriving in Hoi An.
▪️ From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings on the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century.
▪️ Tourists will enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year-old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.
▪️ Around the town you can see numerous art galleries and tailor shops. Get some made-to-order clothes if you like.
▪️ You will have a chance to hop on a tranquil “Xich Lo" ride through the opposite site of Hoi An River bank where you can take a panorama of Hoi An town. Keep on the “Xich Lo” through the tiny lanes of Hoi An countryside, passing the fields of corn, sweet potatoes and beautiful local fruit-gardens.

These evergreen islands along the Mekong River still remain unknown to many people. ▪️ After lunch you will visit the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor: Angkor Wat, the main temple area. The temple complex covers 81 hectares, which is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture.
▪️ Visit Siem Reap by your own preference in the early afternoon.

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us by email and any tour cancellation after confirmation will be charged 10% of total price. The following rules apply for cancellations:
+ 60 days before arrival: 20%
+ 30-59 days before arrival: 45% cancellation charge
+ 15-29 days before arrival: 65% cancellation charge
+ 8-14 days before arrival: 85% cancellation charge
+ 7 days or less cancellation notice: No refunds

Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to take our best effort to operate all tours as planned in advance. However, due to factors out of our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige travel agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
