Traveling as a very large group of friends has its challenges, but Ms. Loan Do helped us with all the requirements of our group, reccomended the best location of the hotels, arranged the internal flights, trips with guides. Amazing Tour through Hanoi City with Viet Prestige Travel Agency Everything about this tour was professional and really fun! Sarah, our travel agent made our 3 days exploring Hanoi amazing, exciting and safe! From airport pick up, hotel accommodations to customized river cruises and excellent day tours, everything was on point! I highly recommend Sarah and everyone at her tour agency if you are looking for a great time in Hanoi! I hope to use this agency in the future to discover more in Vietnam.

Amazing Indochina tour! We had booked the 13 days Indochina- world Heritage Site Tour through Viet Prestige . It was a trip which was planned at very short notice . I found Viet Prestige on trip advisor , and researched them and a couple of other Travel tours. Over the course of a day I had received a tailor made itinerary from Ms. Loan Do for my family , taking into account varied interest of all the members. Ms. loan ensured the trip was designed as per our preference and timing. The tour was fantastic , since it involved moving a lot, however everything was handled smoothly. The guides , the hotels & the transport were all up to the mark. A special tanks to Ms. Loan , for organizing the tour & the guides, Vin, Ms. Diem, Cheng & Jit, for making it a memorable trip.

Excellent private tour! I returned last week (October 2023) from a trip to Vietnam where I used Viet Prestige Travel to plan our trip. I found them here on Trip Advisor, and researched them and a couple other travel companies. I contacted two, as both said they could customize a trip and do private tours. In less than 24 hours, I had a response (in English) from Sarah Do, saying they would be more than happy to meet our needs. The other company took longer to respond, and then tried to sell me on a longer tour package for what I was interested in. Needless to say, I didn't work with them. Over the course of about two weeks, I corresponded via email with Sarah as we made changes to the itinerary and then I would consult with my friend/traveling companion. We did a 10 day-in country tour with international travel to and from Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi and clearing customs, we were greeted by our guide Nam, who was excellent. Our guides in Hoi An/Hue (Hong) and HCM/Mekong (Ngoc) were equally pleasant, friendly and informative. It was just the two of us, with guide and driver the whole time. The cars were very comfortable, I think Mitsubishi SUVs and also a larger van, and bottled water was always available. Sarah made the planning process very easy and I would not hesitate to recommend Viet Prestige Travel to anyone who is going to this part of the world!

The luxurious RV Mekong Princess provided a fantastic experience with genuine hospitality. The personnel is fantastic, and you can tell they enjoy their work. This cruise line firmly stands apart from the crowd. The excursions, except the floating market in Can Tho, are all off the beaten path. They visit actual tiny communities and families. This is only feasible since the maximum number of participants is 28. They have a high regard for the natives. As a result, the locals accept you as a friend and allow you to connect with them. This is an excellent method of ecotourism! We recommend this excursion to anybody interested in exploring this region on a comfortable ship. They also offer fantastic local advisors who will stay with you aboard the cruise and answer all of your questions about their nations. Thank you to the Mekong Princess crew and Eric (the Hospitality Director) for an unforgettable experience.
