▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. Come to Hanoi, you will have a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage with the Old Quarter, prominent delicious Vietnamese cuisine as well as other interesting spots.
▪️ Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport, our Viet Prestige’s guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxing after a long flight.

Hanoi – Halong: 150km ~ 3h – 3h30’ drive
▪️ Breakfast at hotel then check out.
▪️ At 9 am, head East for 3 hours driving to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006.
▪️ The road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddy fields and rural villages, where hardworking farmers are busy with their farming jobs, plowing buffaloes, or planting seedlings.
▪️ Upon arrival in Halong, check in on the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending-dragon" bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes.
▪️ After lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance.
▪️ Back to the cruise, enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your leisure. Overnight on the cruise.

▪️ You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay.
▪️ After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost every islet has its name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman's Head Rock, Butterfly Rock or Turtle islet, etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise comes back to the pier.
▪️ Disembark from the cruise, then you will be picked up by our driver (no guide) for the transfer to the airport to take a flight to Hue.
▪️ Once arrive at Phu Bai airport, you will be picked up by our driver (no guide) and then head to the hotel in the city center to check-in.

The majestic landscape of Halong Bay is a natural wonder that captivates the soul.Breakfast included
▪️ Today we start the city tour by visiting the Imperial Citadel, which is a walled fortress and was intended to be a copy of the Chinese Emperors’ Forbidden City in Beijing, China. After accessing the Ngo Mon Gate, we will take in the Purple Forbidden City.
▪️ The Forbidden City was reserved for the Nguyen royal family from the 18th century until the mid-1900s. Unfortunately, the American bombing in 1968 in response to a communist takeover of Hue flattened most of the city. As we can see, only a few buildings have survived such as the Thai Hoa Temple, Can Thanh Temple, The Mieu, and Hieu Lam Cac, but all the remains make a well worth visit.
▪️ In the afternoon, we continue to take a one-hour boat trip on the peaceful Perfume River then stop to visit Khai Dinh tombs, which is an ancient architectural work with incredibly unique architecture. Last, we visit the traditional village and see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.

The grandeur of Hue's progressive architecture embodies Vietnam's rich cultural heritage.Breakfast included
▪️ We enjoy a walking tour to explore the tiny town of Hoi An with a stop at a 400–year–old Japanese Bridge. This structure was first constructed in the 1590s by Japanese traders to link them with the Chinese quarters.
▪️ We head towards the typical Phung Hung House, a gem with a mixture of Japanese and Chinese architectural elements. And continue visiting the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall. This colorful building is one of the five well-known halls in Hoi An and is dedicated to Thien Hau, the goddess of the sea who protects sailors from danger. Around the town, we can see numerous art galleries and tailor shops, and get some made-to-order clothes if you like.

Ho Chi Minh City, known as the 'city that never sleeps, bustling with energy and vibrancy after dark.Breakfast included
▪️ Breakfast at the hotel. Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel around 8:30 AM. We start our tour with a visit to the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until the end of April 1975. Close to this site are some of the best French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Old Saigon Post Office.
▪️ Afterwards we continued to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.
▪️ Come back to Ho Chi Minh City overnight.

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates, and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
• Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
• Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
• Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
• Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
• 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
• services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
• any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
• cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf
• Prices are valid 30 days from the date of the offer. Past this date price and conditions may be readjusted.
• The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.
• Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
• Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
• Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.

We disclose your information to third parties only to complete your transaction with us, providing the services to you and for associated administration and obtaining professional advice. Viet Prestige Travel may use the information provided by you to contact you about your holiday.
We hope any of your complaints do not bring back home, so that if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, please let us know as soon as possible to remedy the problem.
