Included: Accommodation, ground transportation, guide.▪️ Upon arrival at the airport, Viet Prestige Travel’s tour guide will welcome your family and transferred to local hotel.
▪️ After a short rest, you will visit the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts and the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham and Wat Mai.
▪️ Your family then start to wander up to the top of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred golden stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong Rive.
▪️ From there, your group will explore the Night Market, where you can find a lovely selection of handmade textiles made by the hill tribe and local people surrounding Luang Prabang.

▪️ Today on your family vacation, you will enjoy a short-guided tour seeing the city’s oldest temples of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xiengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture.
▪️ Family and kids will then embark on a cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which gives you a breathtaking view of the tranquil countryside as well as exploring the mysterious Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by devoted pilgrims.
▪️ Along the way, visitors will stop at the village of Ban Xanghai, where the local rice wine is produced.
▪️ On return, you will take a short drive to another small village Ban Phanom that famous for Kh'mer hand weaving.

You will descend a steep flight of steps to board a bamboo raft after three-minute ride across the river.▪️ After disembarking, travelers will take a seven-minute walk up a rutted incline that will open onto a clearing, where you will find the camp’s elephants, all of them used to work as transportation and now spend their days for tourists.▪️ Your family will take a 45 minutes stay atop an elephant for a ride among dense teak forests that block out the sun, descend a heart-stoppingly steep slope to the river, and then ascend once more while passing among clouds of butterflies that flutter in yellow and white.▪️ Visitors now heading to the Khouansi Waterfall for another 1hr drive. The front part of the park have two unusual attractions. The first is a caged playground with ten Asiatic black bears that were discovered in the forest above and rescued from poachers. Just up the path from them is an even rarer sight a young Asian tiger, found as a sick and hairless cub that had already passed through several traders’ hands.▪️ Your family trips will continue to hike up to the falls, the way marked by a succession of natural swimming pools of milky, inviting sapphire, each accompanied by a splashing waterfall.▪️ At the second pool, about a 10 minutes hike from the tiger’s cage, change into your swimsuit in the changing stall and take a quick dip before moving one tier up, where two stepped pools are joined by a small waterfall. The real waterfall, a magnificent 200-foot-high churn of water flowing into a dim opal pool, is another ten-minute hike up the trail.▪️ We return to town by late afternoon and overnight in Luang Prabang.

This imposing marble and granite monument was built towards the Ba Dinh Square.
▪️ You will visit follow the footpath to the One Pillar Pagoda rising from the center of a square lotus pond, ascending on a single pillar and resembling a blossoming lotus flower.
▪️ Then tourists will visit Tran Quoc Pagoda. Located on a small peninsula on the East side of Hanoi West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history dating back to more than 1,500 years. The architecture of this Buddhist center is a subtle combination between the solemn and beautiful landscape on the peaceful and quiet ambiance of West Lake’s surface.
▪️ Near Tran Quoc Pagoda is Quan Thanh Temple, dedicated to Tran Vu, Deity of the North in Taoism, whose symbols of power are a serpent and a turtle. Along with other three temples in Hanoi, the four are called The Four Sacred Temples (Thang Long Tu Tran), which protects the city from evil spirits.
▪️ After that visitors will visit Hanoi Old Quarter also known as the ‘36 streets’. Take a walking tour through charming Hang Be Market and around Hoan Kiem Lake. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore, with plenty of photo opportunities with your family and kid.

▪️ After breakfast your cruise will continue to cruise to Vung Vieng fishing village by a rustic row-boat, meet the local people and visit fish farms. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back the pier.

▪️ From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in the high grade silk, which is still produced in the area, as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century.
▪️ Families will enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200- year old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge.

You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates, and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.
The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf

▪️ Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30 % must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
