Itinerary
▪️ Upon arrival, you will meet a guide and be transferred to the hotel. Afterward, you will have free time for leisure.

Bangkok, Thailand▪️ Today we will explore Bangkok with a visit to the Grand Royal Palace, the Emerald Buddha, and Wat Pho with its colossal reclining Buddha. Lunch at a local restaurant (payment on your own).
▪️ In the afternoon, we will cruise along the bustling Chao Phraya River and the tranquil Klongs (canals) of Bangkok on a long-tail boat. A stop will be made at the "Temple of Dawn" (officially known as Wat Arun).
▪️ Afterward, transfer back to the hotel.

Yi Peng Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai▪️ Drive to the hot springs on the way to Chiang Rai. Continue for 1.5 hours to Wat Rongkhun (the White Temple). Visit the Golden Triangle, where three countries meet, and take a long-tail boat ride along the Khong River.
▪️ After lunch (at your own expense), explore Maesai, the border between Thailand and Myanmar.

▪️ 10:00 AM: Arrive at the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary, where you will be dressed in traditional clothing.
▪️ 10:30 AM: Prepare fruits for the elephants and meet them. Feed, walk, observe, and play with the elephants. At the Sanctuary, we will allow you to spend as much time as possible with the elephants.
▪️ 12:00 PM: Lunch.
▪️ 1:00 PM: Prepare and cook rice mixed with herbs for the elephants. Learn about their background, healthcare, and behavior.
▪️ 2:00 PM: Enjoy more time wandering, feeding, and walking with the elephants to the river, where you can bathe and scrub them. Feed the elephants sticky rice cakes and fruits. This part focuses on allowing the elephants to enjoy their freedom, scratching, rubbing, throwing dirt, appreciating the view, and taking many photos.
▪️ 3:00 PM: Tea and coffee break. Depart the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary and drive approximately 50 minutes back to Chiang Mai.

▪️ Next, we will explore the One Pillar Pagoda, followed by the Temple of Literature and the Ethnology Museum.
▪️ The tour will continue through the Old Quarter on a traditional cyclo, offering a unique perspective of Hanoi.

Enjoying the untouched beauty of Ninh Bình▪️ At 8:00 AM, our driver will pick you up at the hotel for a 3.5-hour drive to the stunning Ha Long Bay, twice recognized as a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site.
▪️ Upon arrival, board the cruise and enjoy a welcome drink, followed by detailed instructions about the tour.
▪️ Enjoy a sumptuous lunch while the ship navigates through the dramatic limestone islands.
▪️ In the afternoon, swim in the calm waters, explore by kayak with our experienced guide, or simply relax onboard.
▪️ Participate in a cooking class before enjoying an excellent dinner and overnighting on the cruise.
Ha Long Bay▪️ We will continue our journey in Ha Long Bay early in the morning.

After breakfast, we will explore one of the largest and most impressive caves in Ha Long Bay. We will continue sailing through the bay, admiring the spectacular scenery. The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf

▪️ Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
▪️ Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
