Ninh Binh, Vietnam ▪️ Breakfast at the hotel.
▪️ 5:30 AM: Arrive at Lao Cai Station, where our guide will greet you with a sign displaying your name. From there, enjoy a 1-hour drive to Sapa Town, followed by breakfast at a cozy restaurant. Begin your journey along the Cau May Road (6 km), admiring the mist-shrouded rice terraces as you descend.
▪️ Follow a small trail, cross the Muong Hoa River, and pass through meticulously cultivated rice terraces on your way to Lao Chai, a Hmong village. Continuing through vibrant rice fields, you will arrive at Ta Van Giay Village. As you walk along the Muong Hoa River, you will cross a small suspension bridge approximately 2 km from the settlement.
▪️ After lunch, continue trekking through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a village of the Red Dao ethnic minority. Rest near a refreshing waterfall before ascending to a hill where a car will be waiting to take you back to Sapa.
Note: If you prefer not to trek, we can arrange transportation by car to the villages, where you can walk around and explore.

Sapa, Lao Cai▪️ Breakfast at the hotel.
▪️ 9:00 AM: Your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Sapa and transfer you to the train station. Board the train with your guide to Fansipan Station, where you'll witness the stunning views of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range and receive your cable car tickets. Under the guidance of the cable car staff, embark on the journey to visit Fansipan Peak. Once there, enjoy the opportunity to capture breathtaking panoramic views with plenty of photos.
▪️ After spending 2-3 hours exploring Fansipan Mountain, return to Fansipan Station and take the train back to Sapa Town. Your guide will accompany you back to your hotel in Sapa.
▪️ Lunch at your own expense, followed by free time to explore the town.
▪️ 5:30 PM: Our private driver will pick you up from the hotel lobby and transfer you to Lao Cai Station to board the overnight train back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

▪️ A local farmer will teach you about cultivation methods and how to protect growing vegetables from pests. Participate in gardening activities such as preparing the soil, sowing, watering, transplanting, and caring for the vegetables.
▪️ You will be warmly welcomed at the home of Mr. Han, a three-generation family, with green tea and a tour of the village. Paddle a basket boat under the guidance of skilled locals and learn about traditional fishing techniques in the water coconut forest. Lunch will feature various local delicacies, including Tam Huu spring rolls, Banh Xeo (local pancakes), grilled fish in banana leaves, and more.

A 1.5-hour drive will take you to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where you'll gain insight into this extensive 200-kilometer tunnel system that served as shelter for guerrillas during the war against American forces.

▪️ In the afternoon, embark on a city tour, including a visit to the Reunification Palace. The tour also includes stops at the War Remnants Museum, the Old Central Post Office, Chinatown, and Ben Thanh Market, the city's central market and one of its most vibrant areas.

Upon arrival, board a motorboat and cruise through a vast network of canals and streams to take in the stunning views of the Mekong River.
▪️ Cross the river to the other side, where you'll visit a traditional workshop to observe the step-by-step process of making coconut candy and beekeeping. Enjoy tasting some local products while listening to traditional music. Experience the local culture by paddling a sampan along a shaded, breezy canal. Then transfer to a local mode of transport, the Xe Lôi, to explore the villages.

The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.

▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
