• Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival

  No meal included

  ▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. Come to Hanoi, you will have a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage with the Old Quarter, prominent delicious Vietnamese cuisine as well as other interesting spots.

  ▪️ Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport, our Viet Prestige driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxing after a long flight. (Check-in time: 14:00)

• Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay

  Hanoi – Halong: 150km ~ 3h – 3h30’ drive

  ▪️ Breakfast at hotel then check out.

  ▪️ At 8:30-9 am, head East for 3 hours driving to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin, a Natural World Heritage as designated by UNESCO in 1994 and 2006. The road will pass by the Red River delta with green paddy fields and rural villages, where hardworking farmers are busy with their farming jobs, plowing buffaloes, or planting seedlings. Upon arrival in Halong, check in on the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this "Descending-dragon" bay, created by thousands of odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After lunch on board, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking, pass floating houses, and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance. Back to the cruise, enjoy the cooking demonstration before having dinner. Evening attend activities on the boat or relax at your leisure.

• Day 3: Halong Bay - Hanoi

  ▪️ Breakfast at hotel then check out.

  ▪️ You should wake up early to enjoy the dawn on the sea in the early morning. The Vietnamese call the "East Sea" by a point-oriented name "Eastern Sea", so you may guess how miraculous seeing the sunrise over the islets of the Bay is. After breakfast our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost every islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman's Head Rock, Butterfly Rock or Turtle islet, etc. Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise coming back to the pier. Disembark from the cruise, then you will join the cruise bus to come back to Hanoi.

• Day 4: Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh

  ▪️ Today, at 8:30 AM we start our exploration of Hanoi, seeing the most notable landmark of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (close on Mon. and Fri.). This imposing marble and granite monument was built towards Ba Dinh Square. We visit follow the footpath to the One Pillar Pagoda rising from the center of a square lotus pond, ascending on a single pillar and resembling a blossoming lotus flower.

  ▪️ Then we visit Tran Quoc Pagoda. Located on a small peninsula on the East side of Hanoi West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history dating back more than 1,500 years. The architecture of this Buddhist center is a subtle combination between the solemn and beautiful landscape on the peaceful and quiet ambiance of West Lake’s surface.

  ▪️ We continue the trip to the Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university, constructed in the 11th century, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. It is dedicated to Confucius & honors Vietnam’s finest scholars.

  ▪️ After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Once arrive in Ho Chi Minh, you will be picked up and then head to the hotel to check in.

• Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels

  Breakfast and lunch included

  ▪️ After breakfast, in the morning we depart 60km to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels. Cu Chi Tunnels consist of more than 200km of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life was like during the U.S. – Vietnam War. Come back to the city and have lunch at a local restaurant.

  ▪️ In the afternoon, we continued to visit the Reunification Palace, which used to be the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On 30 April 1975, when a North Vietnam soldier set foot inside this building with a red flag in hand, the whole world knew that the Vietnam war was ending.

  ▪️ The next stop is the War Remnants Museum, on the way stop to visit Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post Office, the 2 most famous and oldest of classical French colonial architecture construction was built more than 100 years ago. War Remnants Museum with many photographs from both Vietnam and US sources; US military vehicles like tanks, jets, and booms are displayed outside. Before the tour ends, stop over to shop at Ben Thanh Market in the city center.

• Day 6: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta/Ben Tre - Ho Chi Minh

  ▪️ After breakfast, drive south of the city to the Mekong Delta, a remarkable agricultural area referred to as ‘the rice bowl of Vietnam’.

  ▪️ On arrival at Chet say Pier, boating on the waterway to discover the beauty of the legendary Balai River such as lively activities on the waterway by cargo boats, fishing boats, kinds of fish traps, and handicraft factories of coconut processing on land.

  ▪️ Stop at a coconut candy mill in Ben Tre, have a look at local people making candies by hand, and try some sweets, enjoy some fruits by the way. Next, take a short walk on paths to a traditional handicraft village nearby, visit coconut charcoal ovens – make products from coconut shell as active charcoal (a kind of material for battery) and have a look at stages of coconut processing from husk off, prize out to peel out by hand in local factories and especially tourist can be amazed by shapes of traditional brickwork and how to make bricks by hand in here. Continue by boat on canals winding through coconut jungle and palm trees, mangrove trees growing up wildly along the waterway.

  ▪️ Hop on tuk tuk or bike through coconut groves, deep in the coconut jungle in the country. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Relax and keep going by rowing boat on a shady palm tree canal. Boating back pier.

  ▪️ Rejoin your car and transfer back to Saigon for an overnight.

• Day 7: Ho Chi Minh Departure

  ▪️ Today, you are free at your leisure until being transferred by private vehicle to the airport to take a flight to come back to your home country. It is time to say goodbye, we thank you so much for traveling with us and wish to welcome you back in the near future.
