You must check your details on your confirmation invoice. Check that all names, dates and timings are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately and Make sure that the names given are the same as the person’s passport.

The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us by email and any tour cancellation after confirmation will be charged 10% of total price. The following rules apply for cancellations:

+ 60 days before arrival: 20%

+ 30-59 days before arrival: 45% cancellation charge

+ 15-29 days before arrival: 65% cancellation charge

+ 8-14 days before arrival: 85% cancellation charge

+ 7 days or less cancellation notice: No refunds

(*** Non refundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.)

NOTES: if you book a single services such as Mekong River Cruise, Halong Bay Cruise, the cancellation policy will be different depending on the cruise’s policy. Kindly ask our Sales Executive for more details.

Cancellations not by you

We are always committed to take our best effort to operate all tours as planned in advance. However, due to factors out of our control it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige travel agree to release each other from any further obligations which would have been enforceable had the tour not been cancelled.

All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf

▪️ Prices are valid 30 days from the date of the offer. Past this date price and conditions may be readjusted.

▪️ The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.

▪️ Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.

▪️ Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare

▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare

▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare

▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.

In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival. 

Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.

We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.

We only collect personal information as follows:

▪️ E-mail address

▪️ All other personal information

▪️ Credit card information

We disclose your information to third parties only to complete your transaction with us, providing the services to you and for associated administration and obtaining professional advice. Viet Prestige Travel may use the information provided by you to contact you about your holiday.

We hope any of your complaints do not bring back home, so that if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the services we have arranged on your behalf, please let us know as soon as possible to remedy the problem.

All travel arrangements which we provide or which are sold through us are not an offer by us to sell any travel arrangements, but an invitation to you to make an offer to the suppliers of the arrangements. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it.

Viet Prestige Travel acts solely as a booking agent for the relevant supplier, and as such, has no liability whatsoever to you for any death, personal injury or loss of whatever nature you may suffer unless caused by our negligence.
