Itinerary
▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. Come to Hanoi, you will have a chance to explore the rich cultural heritage with the Old Quarter, prominent delicious Vietnamese cuisine as well as other interesting spots.
▪️ Upon arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport, our Viet Prestige’s guide and driver will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for relaxing after a long flight.
▪️ Overnight in Hanoi.
Hanoi’s Old Quarter▪️ Today, at 8:30 AM we start our exploration of Hanoi, seeing the most notable landmark of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (close on Mon. and Fri.). This imposing marble and granite monument was built towards Ba Dinh Square. We follow the footpath to the One Pillar Pagoda rising from the center of a square lotus pond, ascending on a single pillar and resembling a blossoming lotus flower.
▪️ Then we visit Tran Quoc Pagoda. Located on a small peninsula on the East side of Hanoi West Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history dating back to more than 1,500 years. The architecture of this Buddhist center is a subtle combination between the solemn and beautiful landscape on the peaceful and quiet ambiance of West Lake’s surface. Near Tran Quoc Pagoda is Quan Thanh Temple, dedicated to Tran Vu, the Deity of the North in Taoism, whose symbols of power are a serpent and a turtle. Along with the other three temples in Hanoi, the four are called The Four Sacred Temples (Thang Long Tu Tran), which protect the city from evil spirits.
▪️ We continue the trip to the Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university, constructed in the 11th century, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. It is dedicated to Confucius & honors Vietnam’s finest scholars.
▪️ After that visit Hanoi’s Old Quarter also known as the ‘36 streets’. Take a walking tour through the charming Hang Be Market and around Hoan Kiem Lake. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It's a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities.
▪️ Overnight in Hanoi.
The Huc Bridge in Hoan Kiem Lake▪️ Leaving Hanoi behind, we head out for a 2.5-hour drive through rural northern Vietnam to Ninh Binh Province, famous for amazing karst mountains, misty caves, and historical relics... The rice fields here are beautiful and the area has earned the nickname of ‘Halong Bay on land’.
▪️ Upon arrival, visit Hoa Lu ancient capital, the heart of the first three centralized feudal states of Vietnam: the Dinh, Le, and Ly dynasties. Then boarding the sampan for a 1.5-hour boat trip cruising over a small canal among the paddy fields for 1km, visiting Tam Coc- meaning three caves, was created by the river of Ngo Dong flowing through a mountain. A boat will take through these caves amid towering mountain views, via beautiful waterways lined with rice paddies.

Viet Prestige Travel customers in Da Nang▪️ Transfer to Cam Thanh fishing village, you will meet local fishermen and experience the daily life of their family and let them welcome you with water, coconut fruit, and fruit juice.
▪️ Get on a bamboo basket-boat on the Cam Thanh water and have a brief introduction to its history. Next, you will enjoy the hands-on experience of round-net and cast-net fishing. Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket-boat while on the basketboat sailing along the water coconut river.
▪️ The waiting driver will take you back to Hoi An.
▪️ We enjoy an afternoon walking tour to explore the tiny town of Hoi An with a stop at a 400–year–old Japanese Bridge. This structure was first constructed in the 1590s by Japanese traders to link them with the Chinese quarters. We head towards the typical Phung Hung House, a gem with a mixture of Japanese and Chinese architectural elements. And continue visiting the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall. This colorful building is one of the five well-known halls in Hoi An and is dedicated to Thien Hau, the goddess of the sea who protects sailors from danger. Around the town, we can see numerous art galleries and tailor shops, and get some made-to-order clothes if you like.
▪️ Overnight in Hoi An.
The ancient charm of Hoi An▪️ Free at your leisure until check-out of our hotel at noon and get ready to transfer northward to Hue city. We travel along one of Vietnam's most scenic highways and yet with several stops en-route such as Da Nang beach, on the bank of Han River to capture the pictures of this dynamic city and handicraft villages on the foot of Marble Mountain. We pass Hai Van Pass and enjoy a breathtaking view from here. Arrival in Hue, check-in at the hotel and be free at your leisure.
▪️ Overnight in Hue.
Chicken rice, a traditional dish rich in Vietnamese flavors▪️ Today we start the city tour by visiting the Imperial Citadel, which is a walled fortress and was intended to be a copy of the Chinese Emperors’ Forbidden City in Beijing, China. After accessing the Ngo Mon Gate, we will take in the Purple Forbidden City. The Forbidden City was reserved for the Nguyen royal family from the 18th century until the mid-1900s. Unfortunately, the American bombing in 1968 in response to a communist takeover of Hue flattened most of the city. As we can see, only a few buildings have survived such as the Thai Hoa Temple, Can Thanh Temple, The Mieu, and Hieu Lam Cac, but all the remains make a well worth visit.
▪️ In the afternoon, we continue to take a one-hour boat trip on the peaceful Perfume River then stop to visit Khai Dinh tombs, which is an ancient architectural work with incredibly unique architecture. Last, we visit the traditional village and see how conical hats and incense sticks are made.

The timeless charm of Hue city▪️ You’re free at your leisure until you are picked up by the private van and transferred to the airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh.
▪️ Arriving in Ho Chi Minh, you’re transferred by another guide and the private car to the hotel.

Viet Prestige Travel customers in Hue▪️ Breakfast at the hotel. Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel around 8:30 AM. We start our tour with a visit to the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until the end of April 1975. Close to this site are some of the best French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Old Saigon Post Office.
▪️ Afterward, we continued to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, which were an incredible underground network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools, and were used as a military base for the Vietcong in the American war.
▪️ Come back to Ho Chi Minh City overnight.
Cu Chi Tunnels▪️ After breakfast, drive south of the city to the Mekong Delta, a remarkable agricultural area referred to as ‘the rice bowl of Vietnam’.
▪️ On arrival at Chet say Pier, boating on the waterway to discover the beauty of the legendary Balai river such as lively activities on the waterway by cargo boats, fishing boats, kinds of fish traps, and handicraft factories of coconut processing on land.
▪️ Stop at a coconut candy mill, have a look at local people making candies by hand and try some sweets, and enjoy some fruits by the way. Next, take a short walk on paths to a traditional handicraft village nearby, visit coconut charcoal ovens – make products from coconut shell as active charcoal (a kind of material for battery) and have a look at stages of coconut processing from husk off, prize out to peel out by hand in local factories and especially tourist can be amazed by shapes of traditional brickwork and how to make bricks by hand in here.
▪️ Continue by boat on canals winding through coconut jungle and palm trees, mangrove trees growing up wildly along the waterway.
▪️ Hop on tuk tuk or bike through coconut grove, deep in the coconut jungle in the country. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. Relax and keep going by rowing boat on a shady palm tree canal.
▪️ Boating back pier. Rejoin your car and transfer back to Saigon for an overnight.
The beauty of the Mekong River▪️ Today, you are free at your leisure until being transferred by a private van with a guide to the airport to take a flight to come back to your home country. It is time to say goodbye, we thank you so much for traveling with us and wish to welcome you back in the near future.

1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:

▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
