▪️ Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok), you will be warmly welcomed by our driver and guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in.
▪️ Enjoy free time on the first day of your Southeast Asia tour in Thailand. If you arrive on a weekend, you might explore Chatuchak, the world’s most famous and largest weekend night market. It features 27 zones with over 15,000 stalls offering all kinds of clothing, local products, and more.

▪️ After breakfast, begin your Thailand tour with a visit to Wat Phra Kaew (The Grand Palace and Temple of the Emerald Buddha), followed by Wat Pho, the city’s oldest temple and home to the Reclining Buddha.
▪️ In the afternoon, take a drive to the renowned Jim Thompson House, a complex of six traditional Thai-style teakwood houses. These structures were purchased from various owners across Thailand and relocated to their current site, with construction completed in 1959.

▪️ Your day begins with a visit to the Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Center, followed by a walk along the beautiful path to the Tha Pae Gate, on the eastern side of the old city. Here, you’ll see old wooden houses, solidly built and over 100 years old.
▪️ Next, continue your tour of Chiang Mai's most sacred temples, driving around the ancient city to view the city’s moats and walls. Visit the following temples: Wat Chiang Man, the oldest temple, dating back to around 1296. It was the residence of King Mengrai, who founded Chiang Mai. Wat Phra Singh, home to marvelous examples of Lanna art, including a Lanna-style viharn (hall).
▪️ In the afternoon, head to Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep, one of Thailand's most famous pagodas. Built in 1383, it is located 15 kilometers from the city, 3,500 feet above sea level. Here, you can admire the impressive golden pagoda housing sacred relics of Lord Buddha, as well as enjoy panoramic views of Chiang Mai city and the Ping Valley from the top of Doi Suthep.

▪️ Continue your journey to the Golden Triangle, where the borders of Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand meet. This region is also connected to China by boat. In the past, the Chinese used this route to transport opium to Siam (modern-day Thailand).

The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:

▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.

▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
