▪️ Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is a city of lakes, shaded streets, and verdant public parks. It offers visitors the chance to explore a rich cultural heritage, highlighted by the bustling Old Quarter, delicious Vietnamese cuisine, and other captivating attractions.

▪️ At 8:30 AM, we begin our exploration of Hanoi with a visit to the iconic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays). This grand marble and granite structure stands near Ba Dinh Square, commemorating Vietnam’s beloved leader.
▪️ Next, we stroll to the One Pillar Pagoda, an elegant structure rising from the center of a square lotus pond. Designed to resemble a blossoming lotus flower, it is one of Hanoi’s most unique landmarks.
▪️ Our journey continues to Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on a serene peninsula on the eastern side of West Lake. This ancient pagoda, over 1,500 years old, is Hanoi’s oldest, offering a harmonious blend of solemn architecture and tranquil natural beauty.
▪️ Nearby, we visit Quan Thanh Temple, a Taoist sanctuary dedicated to Tran Vu, the Deity of the North. Known for its symbols of power - a serpent and a turtle - this temple is part of the Four Sacred Temples of Thang Long, protecting the city from negative forces.

▪️ A fresh seafood lunch will be served in the dining room as you cruise through the mystical waters of Halong Bay, marveling at the stunning karst formations, such as Mat Qui (Monster’s Face) islet, But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum) cave, Trinh Nu cave, and the unique floating fishing village. The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost
Notes: Cancellations of Mekong Cruises and Halong Bay Cruises are different based on the cruise company’s policy, date of booking and price. Kindly get exact cancellations from our travel consultants when you make a booking with us.
2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.
All prices are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise indicated. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur because of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the services that we arrange on your behalf

▪️ The cost of air tickets is subject to change without prior notice by the airlines.
▪️ Reservations during peak times (Christmas, New Year, Vietnamese Lunar New Year, National Holidays) may be subject to supplementary charges.
▪️ Children under 2 years old: Free of charge tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 10% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults
Air tickets: Airline child price policy applied
Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
