Itinerary
▪️ Upon your arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok, our guide will greet you and take you to the hotel. You can then check in and relax.
▪️ Enjoy free time in the bustling capital of Thailand, which is also one of the most prominent and must-visit cities in any Southeast Asia trip.
▪️ Spend the night in Bangkok.
The city of Bangkok by night
▪️ After breakfast, we will visit the Grand Palace, a grand architectural complex made up of several buildings that served as the royal residence from the 18th century until the mid-20th century. Located within the grounds of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, the revered Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) houses the sacred Emerald Buddha, carved from jade in the 15th century and standing at just 45 centimeters tall.
▪️ Next, during the tour of Bangkok, we will visit Wat Pho, home to the largest reclining Buddha in the country, and the Wat Trimit pagoda, located in Chinatown, which is considered the most sacred in the country.
▪️ During our sightseeing in Bangkok, we will take a tour of Chinatown, the busiest area in Bangkok, renowned for its various specialties from across the region.
▪️ We will travel along the tranquil Chao Phraya River on a long-tail boat, enjoying views of life on the water. This journey will take us to a more traditional, serene way of life, far from the skyscrapers and modern buildings of downtown Bangkok.
▪️ Stop at the "Temple of Dawn," Wat Arun, with its central spire (prang) adorned with Chinese porcelain, the tallest in Bangkok. The temple's architecture is in the Khmer style and resembles the temples of Cambodia.
▪️ Return to the hotel and overnight there.

▪️ After breakfast, transfer by car to Ayutthaya. Less than an hour’s drive north of Bangkok, and a few kilometers from Ayutthaya, lies the Bang Pa-In Royal Palace, an original palace built by King Prasat Thong of Ayutthaya in the first half of the 17th century. When Ayutthaya was invaded and destroyed by the Burmese in 1767, the Bang Pa-In Palace was abandoned for nearly a century.
▪️ Next, we will take a “Kermit” tuk-tuk ride to explore the magnificent ruins of ancient temples in the historical park: Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, one of the most photographed temples in Ayutthaya, and Wat Phra Mahathat, Wat Mongkhon Bophit, and Wat Ratburana, all stunning. We will then stop at Wat Yai Chaimongkhol, home to one of the largest reclining Buddha statues, and the ruins of the grand temples of the Royal Palace.
▪️ In the afternoon, return to the hotel in Bangkok. The rest of the day will be free for you to explore at your leisure.
▪️ Overnight in Bangkok.
The ancient temples of Ayutthaya
▪️ After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will take you to the airport for your flight to Chiang Rai.
▪️ Upon arrival, you will meet the guide and be transferred to visit the Blue Temple of Chiang Rai - Wat Rong Suea Ten. It is immediately recognizable by its brilliant sapphire hue. The walls of the temple, the roof, and the statues surrounding it are all covered in this beautiful shade, an unusual decorative choice in a country where most temples are made of gold.
▪️ Next, we will continue to the Golden Triangle in the town of Chiang Sean, where the borders of Myanmar, Laos, and Thailand meet. We will take a long-tail boat along the Laos side and enjoy a panoramic view from the hilltop, marveling at the splendor of the mighty Mekong River merging with the Ruak River, forming the present "Triangle" between Laos, Myanmar, and Thailand. Return to the hotel to relax.
▪️ Overnight in Chiang Rai.
The stunning White Temple in Chiang Rai, Thailand

Next, we will visit Wat Phra Kaew temple and the wonderful Rai Mae Fah Luang Museum. Afterward, we will transfer to Baan Dam (Black House), a unique creation by the national artist Thawan Duchanee. The Baan Dam Museum is an eclectic mix of traditional northern Thai buildings interspersed with some modern and extravagant designs.
▪️ We will continue by visiting the villages of the Longneck Hill Tribes.
▪️ Finally, we will transfer to the White Temple Wat Rong Khun. Although it is a very recent temple, it is the most visited monument in the region, created by Thai artist Chalermchai Kositpipat and started in 1997. The artist himself announced that it will only be completed 60 to 90 years after his death. Its uniqueness and whiteness make it a one-of-a-kind temple. At Wat Rong Khun, a mural that blends Buddhist symbols with images from The Matrix, Star Wars, the bombing of the Twin Towers in New York, and even Kung Fu Panda stands out among the usual decorations of such monuments.
▪️ At the end of the day, we will transfer to Chiang Mai.

We will complete the exploration of Hanoi’s Old Quarter with a delicious cup of egg coffee before visiting the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam, built in 1070. The well-preserved gardens and architecture offer a glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
▪️ In the evening, we will enjoy a walking street food tour. You will experience local life in its most authentic form. First, we will take a stroll through the Old Quarter, discovering the most charming area of the city to understand how the locals make a living and their lifestyle. Then, as we pass by roadside markets in the city, such as Cho Hang Be or Dong Xuan Market, you will see many fresh herbs and local ingredients brought here early in the morning by farmers from the rural areas of the city. We will consider a meal with snacks, main dishes, and desserts. You will be amazed by the flavors of local cuisine.
