Designed as authentic traditional Mekong Delta boats using natural materials such as rattan, bamboo and exotic wood. Four with 3 cabins and three with 2 cabins, dedicated mainly to overnight cruises (2-3 days) to Can Tho, Chau Doc or Rach Gia.
Experience the Mekong Delta at river level on a traditional sampan for a unique insight into the Mekong people’s life. Houses are built on stilts to withstand the floods, ferries carry people and vehicles between banks, boats ply their fares on the watery highway and children spend all their free time splashing about. The sheer variety in color and products promises spectacular photos and memories of a lifetime. Discreet and attentive, our crew takes care of your every needs as you travel along the river.

Cruise Itineraries
▪️ Your journey starts from Phu An Jetty at 10:00 am.
▪️ Begin with a bicycle ride around this remote countryside area, ending up at Le Longanier Restaurant.
▪️ Lunch is served in this exquisite colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by the river.
▪️ After lunch, start your leisurely cruise on the Delta’s beautiful waterways, with stops along the way to explore local cottage industries that provide a living for the river people.
▪️ Board the local row boat to better explore the Tan Phong islet.
▪️ Before arriving at Sa Dec, visit a traditional brick factory where everything is made by hand.
▪️ Arriving at Sa Dec, step ashore and stroll to the outdoor market.
▪️ Visit the Kien An Cung, ancient Chinese architecture has played an important part in the Chinese community in Dong Thap for nearly a hundred years.
▪️ Dinner is served on board.
▪️ Enjoy your first night on board on the Mekong River.
Tan Phong Islet
▪️ Breakfast is served on board while you cruise towards Long Xuyen along a narrow canal, passing several scenic monkey bridges.
▪️ After enjoying lunch on board, arrive in Long Xuyen to visit Tiger Island, birthplace of Vietnam’s second president.
▪️ Return to the sampan for dinner and resume your cruise towards Chau Doc.
▪️ Your boat sails until approximately 10:00 pm before anchoring for the night.
▪️ Overnight on board.
Uncle Ton's Temple in Tiger Island
▪️ Breakfast is served on board while your sampan cruises towards Chau Doc.
▪️ Close to the border with Cambodia, Chau Doc is the gateway to Phnom Penh. Known throughout Vietnam for its pagodas and temples, Chau Doc is also famous for the Tra Su Bird Sanctuary, a superb eucalyptus mangrove.
▪️ Disembark at Victoria Chau Doc private pier at approximately 10:00 am.

Tra Su Bird Sanctuary
▪️ Meet us at Phu An Jetty at 10:00 am and start with a bicycle ride around this picturesque rural area, ending up at Le Longanier Restaurant.
▪️ Lunch is served in this exquisite colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by the river.
▪️ After lunch, board the Song Xanh Sampan for a leisurely cruise on the busy waterways of the Mekong Delta, with stops along the way to visit an ancient house in Dong Hoa Hiep village and local cottage industries that utilize products from the Delta like rice and coconuts.
▪️ Observe the local life as you pass by fisher folk checking their daily catch and floating houses imperceivably balanced on the mighty Mekong.▪️ Tonight, dinner is served on board the vessel.
Dong Hoa Hiep village
▪️ After breakfast on board, cruise towards Vinh Long along a narrow river, passing several houses on stilts to arrive at Cai Tau Ha, a quaint village.
▪️ Take a stroll along the riverbank to visit a temple which makes traditional medicine from herbs or walk further into the village to see how black-smiths make a variety of common farming tools and iron objects for everyday life.
▪️ Lunch is then served back on board before we make another foray into a clay pot factory in Vinh long.
▪️ We will then head back to our sampan to further explore the small tributaries of the river.
▪️ The last stopover before sunset is a charming outdoor market where you can see how people sell local materials such as agricultural products, farming tools and fishing tools.
▪️ Observe the endless boat traffic and the quiet but constant activity along the banks.
▪️ Enjoy shore excursions to gain insight into how the local people make a living, and stop for a visit to a Cao Dai temple.
▪️ Return on board for dinner while the Song Xanh continues its cruise towards the Hau River.
▪️ Overnight on board.
Cao Dai Temple
▪️ We set off early at about 6:30 am to visit the famous Cai Rang Floating Market.
▪️ Breakfast is served on board while the Song Xanh navigates towards the market among local barges laden with fruit and vegetables. Be sure to have your camera ready for photos from this unique vantage point!
▪️ Later on, cruise towards Victoria Can Tho and disembark at the hotel’s private jetty.

▪️ Arrive in Rach Gia at around 7:00 am, the capital of Kien Giang Province, located on the coast of the Gulf of Thailand.
▪️ Breakfast is served on board before disembarkation.
▪️ For travelers traveling early to Phu Quoc, we can serve breakfast as early as 6:00 am.
