▪️ Upon landing at the airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver. They will assist you in transferring to your hotel and completing the check-in process.

Following that, enjoy a tuk-tuk ride to Wat Pho, renowned for its colossal Reclining Buddha.

Exploring the distinctive traditions of the Karen Long Neck Village▪️ Our guide will pick you up between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. for the journey to Chiang Mai. After a traditional lunch, we’ll visit the Elephant Nature Park, a sanctuary for rescued elephants and other animals.
▪️ At 2:30 p.m., we’ll embark on a guided tour of the park, where you’ll learn about the elephants’ habitat and their rescue stories, all within a strict no-riding policy. At 4:00 p.m., enjoy a break with seasonal fruits and refreshing drinks while observing the elephants as they make their way to the river for a bath.

Pho: A quintessential taste of Vietnam▪️ Arrive in Lao Cai early in the morning at 5:55 a.m., followed by a one-hour transfer to Sapa.
▪️ After enjoying a Vietnamese breakfast, begin a trekking adventure at 8:00 a.m., exploring the region's iconic rice terraces. The route includes stops at Cat Cat Village (home to the Black Hmong people), a waterfall, and a hydroelectric station. Continue to Y Linh Ho Village (Black Hmong) for a rest and lunch. The trek then takes you through Muong Hoa Valley, Lao Chai Village (Black Hmong), and Ta Van Village (Giay minority).

The booking information you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary to provide your travel arrangements. The information may therefore be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.

1. Tour Cancellations by you
For any cancellation after confirmation and deposit, 10% of the total cost is applied per person the administrative fee plus other charges by hotels, airlines, and other contractors of Viet Prestige Travel.
If cancellation is made after full payment has been made, we will hold a full credit to be used for further bookings (less any charges levied by hotels, or carriers). The following rules apply for cancellations:

▪️ Between 65 and 45 before departure: 20% of total tour cost
▪️ Between 44 and 35 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 34 and 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
▪️ Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 80% of the total tour cost
▪️ 7 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

2. Cancellations not by you
We are always committed to making our best effort to operate all tours as planned. However, due to factors out of our control, it may be necessary to use alternative accommodation and services in some instances. We therefore reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour, accommodation or arrangement at any time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any material changes. In the event of any material modification or cancellation we will, if possible, arrange on your behalf three alternatives:
▪️ services of an equivalent or similar standard, if available;
▪️ any of a lower standard together with a refund of the difference in price;
▪️ cancellation with a full refund of all money paid.
In unexpected cases, we have to cancel the tour no later than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, whereupon all money paid by you for the tour shall be refunded but no further compensation will be paid. You and Viet Prestige Travel agree to release each other from any further obligations that would have been enforceable had the tour not been canceled.

▪️ Children from 5 to 7 years old: 50% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Children from 7 to under 11 years old: 75% Adult’s tour price/ sharing existing bed with parents, 75% Adult’s domestic airfare
▪️ Above 11 years old: Charged as adults

Please note that some suppliers may impose additional fees for infants and children. These will be advised at the time of booking.
In order to guarantee your booking, ideally the deposit of 30% must be paid in advance. The second deposit of 50% must be paid 45 days before departure and the full balance could be paid in USD Cash on arrival.
Payments are to be made according to our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card, bank transfer or Onepay. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Viet Prestige Travel must be paid by the Clients.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance which should include cover against the cost of cancellation by you and assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness.
